Shipping policy

We ship directly from our warehouse in Kuwait, so please ensure you select the correct size before completing your order. Due to this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

In Kuwait: You can return your order within 24 hours, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and with original packaging.

For exchange, please contact us to arrange the replacement. Items must be in their original condition and unused.

Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless there's a problem with the item).
